So can anyone tell me what happens when the amount of money circulated exceeds the GDP ?

When I was young Fiats used to rust out pretty quickly. I had a friend that owned one. He was going around a curve one day, and all of a sudden he couldn't steer the car anymore....The steering arm bolts had rusted out of the frame..... No more Fiat..
