This is highly misleading. When most people discuss the cost of healthcare, they are referring to having their conditions treated. US hospitals will certainly not treat anything beyond acute conditions for patients showing up at the ER. Got cancer? Too bad. Go die.
There used to be Major Medical to cover things like cancer.Under Obamacare such policies were made illegal.Not sure if that is still the case today though.

The widespread application of "Common Sense Attitude Control Laws" would solve a shitload of problems in most societies.

Maybe making everyone wear mask with smiles on them would be a good start....

I use a flip phone for a reason. I imagine a white noise generating phone case could take care of the microphone.
