But when all methods of communication are controlled by those people you're trying to rebel against; there is no way to do it without MASSIVE 70%+ support. And that never happens in these things. Most people want to just go with whatever is put in front of them...

Peer to Peer is about to become a lot more mature. In the case of a rebellion, the tech will jump up within a matter of weeks.

Beyond my pay grade but the gist is mesh networks that connect via the wifi on your phone. There are backdoor disabling systems being built into the back end of the consumer phones, but I imagine a market to get around that stuff will come up, especially as 3D printers get to the point where they can make circuits. If they build it into the chips I can see a demand for prior generation chips.

we petition the obama administration to:
Transfer funds from the drug war to fund the research and development of the genetic engineering of domestic cat girls.
We believe that the genetic engineering of cat girls could be potentially beneficial for the economy and an effective for use as domestic house servant. The money being used to fight the drug war is effectively pointless. We could be using this money to fund other much more important things such as the genetic engineering of cat girls for domestic use. The government could then sell these genetic household workers to boost the economy and try to further decrease the national debt. They could be used around the house so that the homeowners could pursue jobs to also boost the economy.
