Why Putin seems stronger now than a year ago

This confiscating other nations asset started by US (poor Mull*hs) ..
And now many nations will confiscate other nation's assets ..
Who has more asset outside own borders ?

First they would confiscate fixed or liquid assets , next come moving assets, Cargo ships with cargo (like US taking Iranian oil tankers and Iran doing same to US) , next come military assets (Mines in Africa, factories in China and Indonesia, etc), Aircraft Carriers and planes etc etc , next probably satellites .. next .. EXIT united nation Patent agreement
(Swiss did not join patent agreement until had copied all German Chemical and Pharma).Who started all this ?
